Elron Ventures was incorporated in Israel in 1962. In 1975 its ordinary shares were listed for the first time on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). In 1981, Elron’s ordinary shares were listed for trading on the NASDAQ. Over the years, Elron conducted additional offerings on the TASE and NASDAQ. In 2010, Elron voluntarily delisted from the NASDAQ. Elron’s ordinary shares continue to be listed and traded on the TASE, its principal trading market.
