Reflecting on One Year of Success: Essential Rebranding Tips
It’s been one year since we launched our new brand.
It’s a good time to look back and get some useful rebranding tips from Elron Ventures Head of Marketing Maya Rubinstein- Reitman for those who are about to jump into a rebranding process.
1. You DO NOT jump into a rebranding process. Come ready, do your homework, have a broad understanding of your company’s needs and what the market expects.
2. Except for the obvious steps of choosing a service provider (recommendation, chemistry, relevant experience and budget compatibility) one thing you cannot compromise on is the branding agency’s flexibility and ability to adapt to your ongoing needs and requests.
3. This is a big one – select a small decision-making team, but share it with your employees so they can start forming their bond with the new brand. It’s always a good idea to circulate an inter-organizational questionnaire to see where you stand.
4. Although you should stay open minded and make necessary changes to your organization’s identity, make sure not to lose the positive assets your brand is already known for.
5. Be prepared for the brand launch. This event should be a well-planned festivity with a clear itinerary and agenda. This is your big moment!
Bonus tip: Your branding agency should be well-versed with social media. Your branding must correspond with your social media and digital presence. It’s an inseparable part of the rebranding process.
A big thanks and our appreciation to Eitan Chitayat and the wonderful people at Natie Branding Agency for a productive and efficient process.
Your brand is what the whole world sees. Make sure to do it right!
